What's a 'review credit'?

One credit unlocks one expert coach review of one video. You can use them across different exercises — squat, deadlift, bench, anything. Single Review and Form Pack credits are one-time purchases that never expire. Membership credits refill every month and use it-or-lose it within the month.
Do credits expire?

Credits from Single Review and Form Pack never expire — once you buy them, they're yours until you use them. Membership credits expire at the end of each billing month: you get 4 fresh ones on renewal day. This keeps coach scheduling predictable and rewards monthly engagement.
What if I have unused membership credits when I cancel?

Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period — you can use any remaining membership credits. Pack credits you bought separately never expire and stay in your account regardless of membership status.
What does 24-hour priority queue mean?

Members' reviews go to the front of the queue and get matched faster. Most member reviews come back within 24 hours; non-members get 48 hours. Same coach quality either way — just shorter wait.
What is dedicated coach matching?

When you submit your second (and beyond) review as a member, we route it to the same coach who reviewed your last lift, when they're available. Continuity matters: the coach who already knows your push pattern catches the next deviation faster.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. One click from the billing portal. You'll keep access through your current billing period — no retention friction. Your one-time pack credits stay forever regardless.
Are your coaches actually certified?

Every coach holds at least one credentialed certification (CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW, or equivalent). Their certs are public on each coach profile, and we re-verify annually.
What if my review wasn't useful?

We'll arrange a complimentary re-review with a different coach — no questions. Members get this automatically when they rate ≤3 stars; non-members can request from the review page.
