Read this before you train
SPYKFIT is a fitness coaching platform — not a medical service. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coach feedback is provided strictly for fitness coaching purposes, based on the video and information you submit, and may not account for your full health history.
Consult a doctor first
Before starting any exercise program — especially if you are recovering from an injury, are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have not exercised regularly in some time — consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional. SPYKFIT does not perform a medical screening of users.
Stop if you feel any of these
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience:
- Sharp pain in any joint or muscle
- Chest pain, pressure, or shortness of breath
- Lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting
- Unusual or persistent symptoms during or after a workout
You are responsible for your training
Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using SPYKFIT, you accept that risk and agree that SPYKFIT and its coaches are not liable for injuries that result from exercises or drills performed in reliance on coach feedback. You are responsible for performing exercises within your current physical capacity, with appropriate equipment, and in a safe environment.
Form feedback is education, not prescription
Coach corrections are educational suggestions on movement technique. They are not prescriptions of specific load, frequency, or volume that supersede a healthcare provider's guidance. Drill recommendations are starting points; if a drill aggravates pain or injury, stop and seek qualified care.
